Market Control Online is designed for Online Connected business environments that need to work in the same time across different locations of operation and control. Hence, the online data transfer has to be done across locations efficiently and securely. The connected Mode does not require any server side infrastructure and does not require any specific Hardware / Software / Connectivity to connect different locations transparently. The Market Control Cloud Service handles everything for you to keep running and connected at all time.
The Disconnected Mode (Offline Local Mode) is about hosting the full Market Control Infrastructure at your premises and on your own infrastructure of servers, software and Networks. Installation Details for Market Control:
Softex Technicians are responsible for installing the new software product at the client’s site(s). It is the client’s responsibility to provide the hardware and operating systems installed and running. Softex Software Installation Team are not responsible for installing networks/network operating systems or client operating systems during normal installation unless otherwise specified in a separate System Builder Contract which Softex provides at its own schedule and cost. If the re-installation of any non-Softex Software is required, the customer must provide original software/operating systems to Softex support personnel for re-installation. Softex is responsible for adjusting the operating system and network settings for proper operation with Softex products only. Softex products Provides Importing Features for data transfer from other systems to Softex Solution. If the client require data to be imported from other programs, he is responsible for preparing his data in the proper format that fits Softex Importing tools provided within the contracted Solution. Any further effort required to import data is not the responsibility of Softex Support Team installation unless otherwise specified in a separate Data Transfer Contract. No Customization or software modifications are promised/allowed/granted unless otherwise specified in the solution contract or approved in a separate software Customization contract which Softex provides at its own schedule and cost.
The customer is responsible for providing the appropriate hardware and operating systems as per the connectivity model he chooses.

Un-interrupter Power Supply (UPS) support for at least 15 minutes.
SQL Server Database Engine 2005,2008 or higher (SQL Express is supported)
Selected SQL Server Version depends on user expected Loads and number of users.
O.S : Windows 2008 or higher Server Family. (Recommended 64 bit)
Processor : Intel I5 Processor with 4 MB. cache or higher
Memory : Min 4 GB. (Recommended 8 GB.)
Disk Space : Dual Identical SATA Storage of 250 GB. or higher

UTP RJ-45 Cabling. 1 GB switches.
In Case or Remote connectivity required:
Leased Line with Real IP is required.
Hardware Firewall, ISA/TMG Server or Software Firewall system is recommended.
Softex will not be held responsible under no circumstances if the user purchased incompatible hardware or used illegal software copies. Devices usually accompanying computers such as cash drawers, customer displays, Printers and so forth are to be purchased after Acquiring Softex written approval on technical specifications. Softex is not responsible for Customizing Solutions to operate on different hardware products than the approved unless otherwise specified in the solution contract or approved in a separate software Customizations contract which Softex provides at its own schedule and cost.
