How to obtain a copy of your website hosted at Softex ?

Hundreds of Business customers uses Softex Software Hosting Services to Host their websites and web applications, on some occasions customers want to obtain a full copy of their website files in order to keep a backup copy, modify the files at their end or even copy the website to other local hosting servers according to their government or company Policies.

The below guide provides different methods for obtaining a copy of the customer website , but the customer must sign and stamp authorization form before getting the username and password to download the website. The reason for such authorization is critical to make sure only authorized personal have access for the customer website, thus protecting him from theft and copying the website without his notice.


Method 1 (Free of Charge)
Please fill in the Below Authorization document with the emails you would like us to send you your website credentials and once submitted to our office by hand or via email, we will send back credentials within 3 business days from submitting date. Once received you can download your website using any free FTP Client and internet connection.

Method 2 (Physical Copy Via Softex , Softex Charges applied )
If you want Softex Software Design Team to download a full copy of your website operation files and create a back up CD for you to collect from our Office, Please fill in the below Authorization Document and send it via email to our design department, once received Softex Team will be happy to download a full copy of your website, place it on a backup Media Storage within 5 business days. Once done Softex Team will notify you when the CD is ready to collect it from Softex Premises and pay the charge with a proof of identity and the original document of authorization.
